Individual Therapy
Life is full of transitions, some we choose and some we don't, and they're not always easy to navigate alone. Depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and general stressors are all things that I can assist clients in navigating in healthy ways by breaking maladaptive patterns that no longer serve them.
Couples Therapy
Couples struggle. Let's normalize that as a fact. As a partner in a couple and as part of a couple system, we don't always know how to navigate these struggles in ways that don't trigger our own maladaptive patterns from our families of origin or patterns that once served the relationship but increase conflict and distance rather than decrease it.
Non-Monogamous Relationships
The counseling space should be a safe place for relationships of any kind (including but not limited to: Polyamorous, Open, and Kink) to navigate communication struggles, unclear boundaries, and general struggles that can occur with any of our relationships. I am open to counseling any type of relationship and eager to help an often unseen population.
Family Therapy
Every family has its own rhythm, its own rules (spoken and unspoken), and its own ways of handling stress. Sometimes those patterns work beautifully. Other times, a move, a divorce, a new partner, a diagnosis, a teen pulling away, or an adult child returning home throws everything off, and the same arguments start happening on repeat. I don't look for one problem or problematic person. I look at how everyone in the family affects one another, so we can make the whole system run more smoothly instead of putting the weight on one factor.
Couples and Family Intensives
An intensive condenses weeks of therapy into one focused 3-hour session, giving you uninterrupted time to dig into what's really going on.
Intensives are designed for relationships that feel safe. If there is physical harm, threats, or fear in your relationship, please contact me privately so we can talk about the best support for you.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services, including psychotherapy and therapy intensives.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate at any time, including before you schedule a session.
If you schedule a service at least 3 business days in advance, you will receive a written Good Faith Estimate within 1 business day of scheduling. If you schedule at least 10 business days in advance, you will receive it within 3 business days of scheduling. If you request an estimate before scheduling, you will receive it in writing within 3 business days of your request.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Please save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
